it be understood we have insured the furniture with your interest
in mind.

You
are responsible to verify that no boxes have any damage.

If boxes
are damaged you must make a note on the Bill of Lading and
open
box in presence of the truck driver.

document any damage with photos and contact me at 561-228-8368

If there
is damage and item must be shipped back to me, you must repack
in
same way as received. If crate or box is damaged please call,
sometimes piece
can be fixed and sold as repaired. If it is shipped back poorly
packed it will be
worth $0. Keep all packing material and shipping boxes and
crates. Do not
throw away.

You
must verify quantity of boxes and crates match the Bill of
Lading.

Please
understand if a claim must be filed on any merchandise, we
will do this
on your behalf. You will have to wait for a replacement or
repair of same.

If delivery
appointment is not met and trucking company bills us a second
time
for delivery, we must forward this expense to you.

All
processed orders that are cancelled are subject to a 10% restocking
fee.
