House
prep: We
have qualified staff that can come into your home and prepare
it to show for maximum potential both interior and exterior.
Be sure your home is prepared cosmetically. For resale,
know what to fix, what not to fix, what makes it look good
and how much it will cost. We’ll give insight as to what
buyers are looking for.

Home
Management: Don’t
leave your home vacant while it’s for sale, we can recruit
tenants as home managers. They will have quality furniture,
pay all utilities, maintain the property both interior and
exterior, and allow it to be shown at a moments notice.

Moving
Professionals: Our
personnel are experienced and dependable. We are not a moving
company, but a company designed to assist in your relocation.
You can recruit our people and they will have access to
a company truck. You are in charge and will be responsible
for the move; You’ll carry your own insurance on the furniture.
Basically, you’ll be doing your own move with my people
to help. We’ll cover payroll, taxes, and workmen’s compensation,
and you’ll be charged an hourly rate. This program is available
if you have entered into our Moving/Estate Sale program…
The truck is free of charge.

Moving
/ Estate Sales: Before
you move consider us to organize and conduct a sale at your
location. We can do it all from placing the advertisements,
supplying the personnel, and putting out the signs. We also
have a program to buy all your items and move them from
your location. You may also be interested in our co-op moving
or estate sale program, which allows you to turn you unwanted
items into cash and make additional money on your move out.

CO-OP
Estate Sales: This
is a sale unique to the industry. We can offer the homeowner
rental revenue up to one months mortgage for the use of
their home. We will do an estate sale using accumulated
furniture from previous sales done. Our sales will last
2-4 days. We pay not only the rental on the property but
also revenue received on homeowners items that are included
in the sale. Details must be arranged with the Estate Director
and will vary from sale to sale.
