The biggest problem I have had with selling my furniture or any high ticket item is that people generally tend to ask:
 ("Is it as good as I say?", "How do I know?")
and 
("I've never bought this way before")

 We want you to feel very comfortable if you buy from this web site. We want to assure the quality of the furniture, other items, and reputation of John , owner of the web site listed under EstateSaleNow.com

We have organized the following to attempt to do this: 
Please Note: The furniture will be owned by John or CASCO Estate Sales.

  1. We have operated, sold and shipped furniture to many of satisfied customers throughout the United States. Contact me by phone at (561)228-8368, and I will answer questions, give you customers that have purchased from me. I will provide you with either their phone number or e-mail addresses so that you may communicate with them directly.  They can show you some of the furniture I have been featuring now.

  2. I could take a video of any item, preferably the Dining Room and Bedroom Sets. I can take video from any angle (Inside, Outside, Behind or Underneath if needed) to show you the construction and condition of the furniture, if I used it in  one of my houses its still in mint condition. If its still in the crate ( and I still have some remaining) its brand new. 

  3. I  can arrange for a sample of the furniture to be shipped to you to show the quality of  the finish, construction, and the hand carving. If you desire it can be shipped in stages. For example, if you had an interest in the dining set, we could ship the table and chairs first, china cabinet and sideboard to follow.

  4. I accept all major credit cards.

  5. I will personally warrantee all furniture against manufacture defects for 1 year. Repair or replace at my expense.

  6. The final way to assure quality and value is to schedule an appraisal here in Atlanta. You can schedule one from the yellow pages, and I will meet him or her to show the furniture. I will even pick up 50% of the cost of the appraisal if you purchase. You will be buying below market value... The average appraisal cost is ($150-$200) to evaluate the furniture. I am sure they can give you written documentation. The only thing that remains ("Will I ship?") Yes, I want to do business.
