It depends on how you look at it. These rugs have been used to sell investment homes with displaying the furniture on top of them to show the houses. These rugs are all 1st quality hand knotted Persian designed rugs with original retail tags still attached...  Certificate of authenticity/appraisals are available.

Most rug dealers sell at 50% off suggested tagged retail price. (I know I have shopped rugs) I will sell at an additional 25-40% off that. That's how I purchased them. I had to buy 20 rugs at a time for this discount - this savings will be passed on to you. (I want to keep 10 of them).

I have a small sample version (1' x 1') on many of the rugs that can be mailed to you to see knotting, finish, plushness and density. A complete warrantee will accompany all rugs. I will even work out a refund if you are not satisfied after receiving my rugs (7 day time limit). If you have ever purchased my furniture from my website you will know the quality and the discount I sell my furniture at (up to 70% off retail). I pass my discount buying power to all my customers. You would be buying at a discount just like you bought twenty rugs at one time. This is how I do business... Different than many of dealers.

My money is made on selling the investment homes & sometimes liquidation of contents from Estates. Availability is limited to the rugs and furniture. Time is always at the essence.
