Before
you move consider us to organize and conduct a sale at your location.
We can do it all from placing the advertisements, supplying the
personnel, and putting out the signs. We also have a program to
buy all your items and move them from your location. You may also
be interested in our co-op moving or estate sale program, which
allows you to turn you unwanted items into cash and make additional
money on your move out.
Your
sale can be organized throughout the house which is the most successful
or centralized in the garage and basement or an outside tent can
also be effective.
What
Do We Do .........
- We
write the copy for the ads and place the ad in the Atlanta Constitution.
- We
supply direction signs with your address to guide customers
to the sale.
- We
add your sale to our mailing list.
- Depending
on the items being offered for sale, we will take a digital
photo and put it onto our website during the sale and after
the sale under agreement.
- We
will price all the items at the sale.
- We
will conduct the sale with our personnel.
- We
will collect the money at the sale. We will allow payment by
credit card, personal check, and cash and guarantee it.
Our
Compensation is 20% of Gross Sales.

can move the balance of items to your next location or buy the
remaining items at a negotiated the price is right. Your cost
is $80 per hour which includes 2 men with a 24' truck or will
